Website enquiries are non-binding. A contract is formed only after written confirmation of design, price, delivery timing and payment terms.

Specific flowers may be replaced due to season or quality. The confirmed style, palette and value will be preserved.

Area, cost and time window are confirmed for each order. Procedures for unavailable recipients will be communicated before ordering.

Deadlines and costs depend on material sourcing and the start of production. This does not limit remedies for defects, damage or incorrect delivery.
